This driver is required to be installed on your computer, if you are using an OSM programmer cable, purchased from Kickstarter, RaveReady, or any other vendors distributing the OEM programmer cable.
This drive will create a virtual COM port on your computer, allowing you to use Arduino, or many other methods to connect your OSM to your computer.
This was the last USB driver released on the http://osm.codes website.
